Hello there! I’m Fraukje - a certified prenatal and postpartum exercise coach dedicated to helping mamas feel strong, supported and confident through every season of motherhood.

I specialize in safe, effective movement designed for every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, using a gentle, holistic approach. I completed my prenatal and postpartum training during my second pregnancy, which meant I wasn’t just studying the material — I was living it. Every week, I practiced the movements as my own body changed, giving me a firsthand understanding of what feels supportive, what feels challenging, and what truly makes a difference. That experience allows me to guide you with both professional knowledge and genuine, lived experience.
In my 1:1 session, we focus on strengthening your core, improving posture, easing everyday discomfort, and building real, lasting confidence in your body.
